[Unlike most letters before that others left behind, this one is completely hand written.]

Let me begin by apologizing. If you're reading this, I wasn't able to keep the promise I made to you. Seems like the only promises I could keep in life were to those I've now joined. Believe me, I wanted to help you escape - I wanted only the best for everyone, but this is what it's come to. And now, I must selfishly ask you to do several things in my stead. I'm not sure how you will accomplish them, but with the others, I'm certain you'll find a way.
First, if you could, deliver the teddy bear and the letters it holds to Alyssa and Little Guy. They'll be together - I know they will. After all, Little Guy swore to watch over her in the event anything happened to me. She may not understand, but I can't apologize to her enough. What I brought her into, and yet again, another promise I couldn't keep to her as well. I wanted to give her the life I took away in that bombing, but instead, she must lose another mother.
Second, you must seek out Hanna. Hanna was Walker's partner and I doubt he's been informed. He needs to be aware of what's happened - take the orange crane and Walker's coat if you can; it may help him understand. I don't expect him to take it easy, but the simple burden of waiting can take it's toll and only the truth will help ease this burden.
Third, I'm not sure where it's located, but Cecil had a message for several people in Night Vale:
Should you find Night Vale, inform those individuals of his demise and pass on his final words.
Finally, in my drawers are my belongings and Inaba's. The files of the deceased students and mine as well will be in the middle drawer. Now that I'm gone, there were details even I didn't tell you since I was unsure of its accuracy. I'm allowing you to read it - to yourself and to the others who survive.
Again, I apologize for asking so much of you and you probably can't forgive me for this. Still, Anna, you've made it this far and I'm proud of how much you've grown since we've met. You're a strong and capable young woman, and I loved you as my own daughter. I know you will survive and I know you will defeat the Mastermind with the others and escape this wretched game. Do not allow your emotions to blind you at this crucial moment as much as you want to hurt the one who has done this, and remain hopeful for me.
